Recently shipped

  1. Upgrade @maxpoints/analytics to 0.5.0
  2. Make it so if owners can add a zelle, square cash, paypal, and venmo qr code for tenants to make payments
  3. Change the $10 a month on payout to just $10 a month subscription for owners, as the Stripe fees might be off putting and people might want to instead just collect payment via cash or other means.
  4. Also add an adjustable pet deposit
  5. Add a pet fee but do not by default allow pets at properties. Add a setting for the pet and pet fees
  6. Move MaxAuth sign-in onto www.maxrent.app: set MAXAUTH_CALLBACK_URI to https://www.maxrent.app/api/auth/max/callback. The site is served on www.maxrent.app, but the start route still hands MaxAuth the old https://maxrent.maxvolts.app/api/auth/max/callback, so the transaction cookie set on www.maxrent.app never reaches the callback and sign-in fails after MaxAuth succeeds.
